Chris & Kelley D’Aprile

The Buzzed Bartender started with a simple idea: make cocktail-making fun, accessible, and a little bit ridiculous. In 2020, Chris and Kelley D’Aprile launched the project during the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic, filming Chris as he mixed a new cocktail each week from home. The goal was never just to make drinks. It was to create a show that blended brief cocktail history, clear ingredients, easy-to-follow build steps, and a healthy dose of personality.
Every episode was built around the same formula: a drink with a story, ingredients most people can find in their liquor cabinet, and a presentation that keeps things moving with funny talk tracks about movies, sports, and whatever else was worth laughing about that week. The result was a cocktail series that felt equal parts recipe, performance, and conversation, with music setting the tone in the background.
The first drink featured was the Aperol Spritz, followed by the French 75. What makes The Buzzed Bartender different is its focus on accessibility. These are drinks meant for real people, not just professional bartenders: cocktails that use familiar spirits, simple techniques, and ingredients many home bartenders already have on hand. Whether it’s a well-known classic or a new twist, every drink is approached with the same mission: keep it simple, keep it fun, and make it worth sharing.
The Buzzed Bartender is more than a cocktail channel. It’s a homegrown story of creativity, collaboration, and turning a weekly ritual into a growing brand built around great drinks and even better entertainment.
